We have the lowest Minimums in the industry!

Minimums are (per formula):

50,000 for Tablets

50,000 for Capsules

50,000 for Vegetarian Capsules

500 lbs for Powders

1200 Bottles for Liquids

1200 Jars for Creams/Lotions

400,000 for Softgels

We make it easy!

You can do any of the following:

Gives us a Supplement Facts Panel from an existing product in the market and we'll quote on duplicating that formula. You can also tell us to start with that product and make your specified changes

Describe to us the function of the product and list any special ingredients you want used and we'll formulate the product from that.

Give us a price point and description of the product's function and we'll formulate and quote from that.

And of course you can give us a list of active ingredients and potencies and we'll quote based on your specification.

Not necessarily!

Generally capsules will dissolve and release the active ingredients within 30 minutes while Tablets will take 45 minutes. However, in most cases this will not matter to the function of the product.

Encapsulated products may be more suitable for some formulas than others. The price of the product may be higher for some products in capsules than in tablet form. If you do not have a preference, let us decide for you and we'll do what's best for your formula.

Keep in mind that Tablets will allow us to pack more active ingredients in than even the largest Capsule.

Yes! Unless you specify a synthetic ingredient in your formula, we will use all natural materials.

No! All ingredients used in making our products are certified to be free from B.S.E.

Even the gelatin capsules we use are certified free from B.S.E.

Many of our clients have chosen to use Vegetarian Capsules so that their consumers will have nothing to worry about. Other clients have chosen to add “BSE FREE” seals on their labels to put the consumers' minds at ease.

We'll work with you in any way you choose to make this part of your product design as simple and easy as possible.

If you wish, We will design your label and have it printed for you. We use only the best and most reliable printing companies. There is no charge for our design services. Simply fill out the form we will send you that will give us basic information and return it to us along with any artwork you have. Within 24 hours you will receive an image of your label.

You probably will have changes. Let us know what you like and what you don't like. And within 24 hours you'll have a new image of your label. We'll just keep doing that until you're happy with the label.

At this point we can send you the art and you can arrange printing or we can have the label printed for you.

We have designed and executed blister cards, boxes, sample card, display cartons, and many other interesting and unique packagings for our clients. If we can't do it in-house, we know the special packaging companies that can.

We can ship your order in any way you want.

For orders in the USA, UPS will usually have the best rates. However, for large shipments we can arrange trucking at over a 30% discount for most carriers.

Overseas' shipments can be handled through the freight forwarder of your choice or we can choose a freight forwarder who from experience we know will provide good service and fair rates, whether the shipment is going out via Air or Ocean.

From the time you OK the art for the label, we can usually ship your order within 3-4 weeks. If you're ordering BULK products, then our lead time is usually less than 3 weeks.

All our products are manufactured in the USA under strict GMP Quality Control guidelines and in accordance with all US Food & Drug Administration policies.

All our products undergo at least 5 Quality Control testing suites during production and before the product is released to Shipping.

Raw Materials are cleared by the Pharmacy assuring that all ingredients meet or exceed the product specification.

Product is tested during and after the mixing process to guarantee that the ingredients have been completely and properly distributed throughout the mix. This is an important step in making sure each tablet or capsule meet the full product specification.

Products are again tested during Tableting / Encapsulation assuring you that the product meets weight and potency specifications.

After Tableting is completed and before coating, ALL tablets pass through a Visual QC Inspection table to reject any broken or damaged tablets.

And, finally, products receive a final and full testing after packaging guaranteeing that the product meets all potency, quality and packaging specifications.

Yes. According to the 1994 Dietary Supplement Health & Education Act (DSHEA) passed by Congress, the FDA requires that Dietary Supplements are manufactured in accordance with GMP guidelines. Our QC procedures perform all GMP's as a minimum standard. In many cases additional QC checks and balances have been instituted to guarantee the quality of our products.

Absolutely NOT! All formulas are ‘special' to us. There is no charge for formulating your product. If you add an ingredient to an existing formula, the only extra cost is the cost of that ingredient.

Dietary supplements are regulated, although not in the way prescription or over-the-counter drugs are. Because dietary supplements are foods, and not drugs, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has the power to ensure that products on the market are both safe and accurately labeled. Before a product can be sold, a manufacturer must first notify the FDA of all intended label claims and ensure that they can be substantiated.
